【Exciting Announcement! Kumamoto Red Cow- Aso King】
The most anticipated event of the year! Ichiro is about to introduce the top-tier, rare breed of Japanese beef from Kumamoto Prefecture, known as Kumamoto Red Cow- Aso King. Let us now unveil the exceptional qualities of Red Beef!
Red Cow is a unique breed found only in Kumamoto and Kochi Prefectures. It is a crossbreed of high-quality Korean cattle and foreign breeds, carefully bred to possess excellent resistance to both cold and hot climates. With a moderate fat content, the meat is not only tender but also healthy.
Unlike other wagyu varieties, Red Beef exhibits extraordinary athleticism. These cattle can walk up to 6 kilometers a day and consume 40 to 50 kilograms of grass, resulting in leaner and more muscular meat. The proportion of red meat is higher, perfectly meeting the modern demand for healthy beef.
Furthermore, out of nearly 1.8 million Japanese cattle, only 23,000 are of the Red Beef variety, making it exceptionally rare and precious.
